So dumb. Reminds me of last year after George Floyd died from a combination of Corona, a drug overdose, and other bad decisions Uber Eats was literally listing black owned restaurants above non black owned businesses and encouraged you to support the black owned ones and waived the delivery fee for them. Haven't used them since.
this is what got us into trouble in 06. Forcing banks to lend to people they normally would refuse. How could that possible go wrong? well we have seen this time and time again. But lets give er another go.
Don't see how this is a bad thing. It's not segregation at all... its just a program encouraging more black real estate agents, it's not discriminating against white real estate ones..
Through the program, they can get good at the job... it's not like every black applicant won't be subject to rigrous testing. By definition this program can't be racist, as it isn't disallowing any person of a certain ethnic group any opportunity.
Clearly people of other races are aware of this opportunity, especially considering that there is less than half of the expected proportion of black people in this program.
I just don't see how this is a bad thing. Seems like a petty program to complain about.
Imagine when you tell your kids this happened because a black porn star OD'd
