Been thinking the same thing. It seems clear to me the best situation for someone of moderately high profile and plenty of funds just build a big ranch out in the country with a private studio and a T1 line. I don’t get it. Escape society, externalize and analyze...you do t have to be in it to understand it.

Frankly, I love this idea. I've been proselytizing the idea of blacks leaving urban centers for more rural areas as a means of breaking the cycle of drug use, crime, fatherlessness, etc.. Farm life is underrated as a tool for solving the deluge of problems of "oversocialization" or hyper-modern lifestyles. The communist aspect is iffy, but if done right, is possible on a very small scale. I was raised Amish, which is relatively communistic, and have a bunch of family members who are Hutterites and live very fulfilled lives outside the gaze of the government and mainstream society.

I hope they have a few leaders who are actually skilled in farming/homesteading; otherwise, it's just Black Chaz.

We shall see...

Yes, the Pittman-Robertson act in the U.S. effectively funds the entire wildlife ecosystem. 11% tax on all hunting equipment, and on ALL GUNS, whether or not they are used for hunting. It's a substantial amount of money.
