it's just confusing to me. it seems pointless on both ends. I am actually from pgh and the state just recently allowed beer and liquor in grocery stores, when I grew up we had "state stores" and still do, they sell hard liquor.

anyway. its tyrany, but its like the worst kind, random and really not that big of an inconvenience so it just paves the way for more. i'm really afraid guys. trying not to be, but i am.
