However, according to the NYT: "He had two high-capacity firearm magazines, the Times reported, and was also charged accordingly with possession of them, as well as destruction of property."
As he is an ex-felon, having 2 capacity firearm magazines will most probably land him in jail. I read somewhere he could be sentenced to up to 15 years.
