Has anyone else noticed the fit women at the gym working out with perfect form? And very few "bros" lifting and squatting? I see young men on treadmills barely walking while on their phones. Sometimes a chick will be working out like a true athlete whilst her "man" stands near her looking at his phone. WTF is going on? Or maybe I'm in the wrong gym.
