Organisms like that need to be placed back in their natural habitat and mingle with their own species.... they DON'T belong in a civilized society.

The Democrat-run city --- I'm shocked, aren't you. i watched this on fightporn the other day. No one stepped in to help of course. Don't know if it was confirmed it was over stimulus cheques or some fender bender. But yes, this is what separate countries are for. Probably blame it on the Flint water.
