The new studio is pretty sick. The bar especially. Not sure about the interview "celebrity" chairs but I think they did a great job with the space. What do you think? Gavin's office kind of sucks.

I still don’t understand the logic of spending that much time and money on a new studio when he plans to move out of state within a year.
He's given a logical explanation multiple times but the time I have to spend watching the network coincides with my drinking time so I forgot.
His explanation was that he thinks there will plenty of time between the studio being finished to the time they move. But that’s clearly not true if he’s being honest and plans to move within one year.
Does he plan to do that? I have not heard of it.
