Its hard to tell there at the end if someone is shooting at him from the side as he walks down the road, or if hes continuing to shoot. I don't see smoke near him, so I think someone was shooting at rifle guy because they heard he shot someone. So many more young people are going to die over this and nobody is stopping it.

I think its safe to say we all saw this coming. It was only a matter of time. Looks like the guy with the rifle is just a better shot. White guy yelling the N word attacks him with a pistol and takes a rifle round to the head. Bystanders, knowing nothing about what happened start attacking rifle guy for shooting someone. Rifle guy knows if they disarm him, he's not going to get a chance to explain, hes going to be beaten to death or shot. He had no choice but to fire on anyone coming close to him.
