If you want long term healthy 'high', look into nootropics.

I care about my people out here, destroying themselves.

If you're addicted, as I was, and nothing seemed to work.. Taper and replace with healthier substances. In my case:

Piracetam + Phenibut + General snus.

French press coffee in the morning, no food, 14 hours later, coming down.

Bath + ice water (hydrotherapy /flush), one big meal. Sleep, repeat.

I've been going for four years on this with no problems. Biden may shut the nootropics industry down. So, that's another reason to share.

Look me up on normie Facebook, Benjamin Brubaker (from San Antonio, now in Portland)... Check them posts. Trying to pill normies but who knows. Any tips welcome. "Race" , "Cancel Culture" , "Mental health" . Etc. I just want my people to prosper and not go through the shit I had to go through relying on a broken health care system, AA, SMART recovery, all that useless shit. It's all there if you dig. It varies and I'm tapering down right now but anyways, it won't help you, personally, to know that as we likely have different body weights, metabolisms and tolerances.
