All because he doesn't know that only copies are displaye because the actual bones are too fragile to be kept in the open ?. All bones are exact copies though. And the "missing" parts of the original fossiles are easy to guess because there are usually many fossiles of different individuals of a certain species, and also the structure is compared to that of similar species (whether living or extinct).
