Interesting, I am seeing comments that he's doing a good job. From what I have seen it seems like he knows what he is up against with the Jury in terms of feelings and bias and is simply trying to emphasize over and over again that "technically" by the specific instructions they have, they cannot find him guilty. What I have seen he is focusing on their instructions.
