I upload the image, select image post, title it, and when I click submit, I get a message saying that post must be image, link or text.

It takes a second to complete a upload. If you hit send to soon it'll just shows up blank. It should gets fixed.
They've done a ton of prep for new .win(s)
Been on .win from the beginning. The .win Mods are really good about getting on fixes!!
Shoot them a line... let'um know.
