It's very rare to find any big company that's gonna let their employee's carry guns while working. It would likely open them up to a shit ton of liability if they did let employee's carry.
Yeah you're right they don't allow firearms that sucks. I guess you're right about the liability but if I was an employee I would argue that customers can carry in the store so why shouldn't the employees? Just seems like a shame to lose your job for protecting both the workers and the business interests.
