It's obviously real... what I think happened is CPS came and took all SEVEN of her fatherless kids and she went on livestream while drinking and smoking saying how she's glad that she's free even though she literally tears up while trying to hold her maternal instincts back. She's fighting her genetics and winning, at least for now. Either that or you'll make an argument that these people don't have a maternal instinct, which is a different discussion.
