is racism binary or a spectrum? If im called a racist can I just say whatever N word I want as 'in for a penny, in for a pound'? or are their levels?

if I refuse to consider hiring minorities AND anyone who smells like antifa (soy) because I dont want even a 1% chance of my mundane comments being read as "micro-aggressions" and therefore I lose my company, is THAT racist?
