The real issue is that degrees are marketed by colleges as a way to secure a job. It probably was the case 10 or 20 years ago, but not anymore.
Moreover, I also have a useless BA and a useless MA, but I knew from the start that the chances of succeeding at the field were very narrow. I tried my best, but due to my circumstances + poor planning /choices at some stages of my life, I couldn't make it. At least I am not in debt because here getting an education is cheap.
However, I do NOT regret my choice and would DO IT AGAIN, although I'd plan things better and use time to learn some programming.
I currently have a job. But if I didnt, it is no one's fault. Given the current economic scenario and globalization finding a well-paid job is becoming increasingly difficult. These are factors that are not under our control. BUT this girl has ENTITLEMENT issues. First of all, be thankful you got to study what you like and enjoy higher education, many people all over the world cant even consider the idea of completing high school. Secondly, there are jobs not related to your field that you can take and that you may even grow to love. Thirdly, instead of posting shit in the internet, work on yourself, evaluate your possibilities and have B, C, D plans. In life, you will never get what you want/deserve, and you need to simply accept what comes and try to make the best out of it; some shit you deal with is your own doing, some other isn't. Learn to let go what you cannot change while fighting to change or improve your personal shortcomings.
Im working on that continually and it is hard but it makes you better and stronger.
