no family on earth, especially one that could possibly sue for big $$, would EVER say "my daughter wasn't capable of achieving her goals". I dont even trust what you say because I dont watch AIU and you've already lied about them "not wearing body cams". so you've revealed yourself to be either
A) 'someone who will say whatever it takes to justify their opinion (however ill-thought out it may be)'
B) someone who is irresponsibly ill-informed
C) someone who doesn't care enough to check the facts

AIU made a 3 videos about the case. I think it was there were I learned that the policemen were wearing no body cams. I may have gotten it wrong, so I apologize if I did. However, pay attention to the fact that I never blamed the police for her death.
Regarding social workers. 99% are just state-sponsored SJWs that pretend to be saving the world while actually doing nothing.
My friend, on the other hand, only worked as social worker for a short period and quit it altogether when she realized there was almost nothing she could actually do to help people (the main obstacle being bureaucracy) and that basically no civil servant or NGO was interested in solving shit because they'd be redundant. She is works at a totally non-related field, but she has the training and actually when we discuss these cases - not Breonna's because it hasn't been a popular case here - she can easily explain the psychology behind many patterns and behaviors. These patterns are actually predictable for anyone with the proper training. It does not mean that your environment marks your destiny, but it definitely explains why the cycle of poverty is hard to break from a psychological perspective. Given appropriate counseling I personally believe more kids would grow up to have fulfilling lives.
imho, this would not imply teaching children bs about being victims, but rather assisting them and helping them make the right choices and understand that they can actively change their lives.
