So I had used the link for my local chapter (SF Bay Area) but I'm pretty sure it's dead and has been for a long while. Which is no surprise when the PBs were still on facebook I was in the vetting group and I think there were like 4 of us scattered throughout the entire Bay and none closer than 15 miles of each other. If i'm not mistaken it was the same protonmail email back then too.
What I'd like to do is find a group of a few guys, and under the Proud Boy banner quietly do some charity work, so eventually when we either get exposed as "evil" Proud Boys or come out ourselves should Gavin bring more defamation lawsuits, we'll have been exposed for spending the last year delivering food/donations to homeless shelters, gloves and masks to battered womens shelters, evil things like that.
And charity work aside selfishly I'd just like find some none SJW drinking buddies and I also do Judo and started BJJ so some new training partners would be awesome as well.
We can control the image, we just have to make the effort, it would be much easier to defend if Gavin could say OK last year we raised $45,000 in charity across the US and donated 3 tons of food and supplies to shelters.

Mark, if I'm not a proud boy, I'm not doing anything in their name, honestly I'd advise doing the charity work for a year before even advertising the PB name.
That said this was the point of my post, I'm sorry if I didn't spell it out correctly. There doesn't seem to be a local chapter here at all, I've reached out a few times over the course of maybe 3 years and never heard back, even did the 1st degree on the old FB group before those got shut down, and I went to free speech anti pedo rally, maybe two years ago in San Jose, and they had some proud boys there, from like Fresno and Sacramento, I had asked them if there was anyone locally they weren't sure.
I get it, this is the Bay Area, Berkeley is a home of ANTIFA not exactly a hub for PBs, but found it weird there seemed to be zero representation here.

nah that was years ago when the PB were still on FB, in the original vetting groups. I lost all contact when the groups vanished and the accounts were deleted.
Hmm okay.... well for the sake of argument, if somebody is interested in joining the Proud Boys they go to proudboysusa.com/chapters and reach out to their local chapter who is in charge of vetting, etc.
