Hello!
I open this thread to share tips, frustrations, diets and all things boxing/exercise-related.
I have been doing HIIT boxing for at least a month and I have already lost 3-4 kg (around 8.13 pounds) I would like to start doing real boxing or maybe crossfit but I don't think I am ready yet, I still need to shed at least 5kg more. I go to the gym twice per week.
What about you guys?
By the way, I have recently purchased ADIDAS gloves, although I have heard there are better brands out there.
The British and their systems ?
