I open this thread to share tips, frustrations, diets and all things boxing/exercise-related.

I have been doing HIIT boxing for at least a month and I have already lost 3-4 kg (around 8.13 pounds) I would like to start doing real boxing or maybe crossfit but I don't think I am ready yet, I still need to shed at least 5kg more. I go to the gym twice per week.

What about you guys?

By the way, I have recently purchased ADIDAS gloves, although I have heard there are better brands out there.

Whats up with that? Has anyone read the NYP article and checked the sources? The international media is also pro-Biden for whatever the reason, so the few news we get about the US here are very biased.

it coexists with the American measure units, but I guess they mostly use the metric system when speaking Spanish (99'9% of the time).

i've been struggling with depression for 5 years now. I was steadily working on it, finding Gavin's show definitely helped, but Ive been struggling at work for the past 3 years. I seemed to be coping just alright, I even started doing sports recently and so on, but today everything crumbled and havent been able to even step out of bed. I had a sort of mental breakdown I guess (for lack of a better word).

Quitting my job is not an option because where I live the unemployment rate is around 15%-20%, I am well-paid for this country's standards and I am the breadwinner of the household.

So yeah, I could use some advice from you guys.

I have no idea wtf it is about but it is the closest to boxing i found in my area. I think it's some sort of boxing choregraphy with music or some shiet. It is not gay because I am actually a woman.

If someone knows wtf is fitboxing please let me know. I hope its some sort of aerobic with gloves rather than some hardcore mixture of crossfit and boxing (i wouldnt survive that).
