If you ever want to do the math yourself, it's pretty simple. Sadly, the FBI database only does interracial breakdowns for hate crimes and murders nowadays, so you have to use NCVS data, which is legitimate data, but in many cases it's very incomplete. Regardless, it's what we got.
You then simply take the amount of purely interracial rapes, and find the per capita (usually per 100,000) rate by using the total black or white population depending on the offender's race. You then compare that to the opposite to see how many times more it is.
The problem with this, however, is that whole incomplete data thing. If only like half the country is reporting data, using the total black or white population would produce a false per capita rate. It's still useful for comparisons, though, as I imagine the error isn't THAT bad.
