I never joined PB, I would but the NH and MA chapters have been dead for a long ass time, though I've encountered plenty over the years at events and this evolution was natural. Most chapters are mostly a men's drinking club, the rallies and brawls are few and far between, it's not like PB sought out Antifa and BLM to fight. They were the ones that invaded PB events, fucked around and found out.
So no, there's no turning back from a natural evolution of the group.
As someone who works in medical insurance, it's crazy the amount of lies that Democrats get away with when it comes to pre-existing conditions and other stuff. These people don't mention the part where state run healthcare like Medicaid is complete shit compared to private healthcare. This is ESPECIALLY true when you have dependents.
Like Medicare, Part A which has no out of pocket maximum. You'll be paying coinsurance out the ass if you have hospital stays with cancer. Part B caps at like $6,400 with outpatient care. Or medicaid, which covers shit treatment. If you have a generic employer health plan and are able to get an HSA to cover out of pocket stuff, health costs are drastically reduced and you get way better care.
I disagree. Proud Boys was a "west is the best" club from the start. Antifa is a group that literally believes the opposite, that the west is horrible and evil. They're social outcasts and physical weaklings who attack people out of frustration and anger over their failed lives, whereas Proud Boys are generally normal, sociable, active dudes with careers and go to rallies for fun to celebrate how awesome the West is.
Proud Boys tried the whole "mind our own business, drink and be patriotic" and these complete faggots decided to invade every rally and attack people. They were insanely allowed to do this for a while, until normal dudes like PB noted they were complete pussies and beat their asses. They forced the hand no matter what the media says. They love to flaunt Antifa having not murdered people (a lie, see Connor Betts and countless attempted murders like the guy who attacked ICE, the GOP baseball game, etc) yet seem to forget that PB has never killed anyone, and only acted in self defense.

In all seriousness, before covid shit, Aaron hosted a comedy show called the Blue Show at the New York Comedy Club, which was exactly that. He hosted it pretty regularly, like 2-3 times a month depending, and it was 100% blue comedy, nothing clean or inoffensive. Went to it last time I was vacationing in December, it was solid. Kerryn kinda bombed a little bit, but it was overall good.

It was at Compound Media. Ryan was kind of a "wack packer" for Pat Dixon's New York City Crime Report, where he started off doing joke reporting as "Asian Pat Dixon" and would literally just do a perfect impression of Pat Dixon but he was Asian. He would do other random impressions and stuff, those shows had a lot of fan and guest contributions, but he seemed to have a history and friendship with Dixon, probably from hanging out at Comedy Clubs and whatnot.
He also seems to be a part of the whole Opie & Anthony NYC comedy fan scene, but I had never seen him before on Compound Media until he was immediately in the first few episodes of the Crime Report. After that, I'd see him on a bunch of other shows in the audience or contributing randomly, and I imagine hanging out around the shows lead him to join the Proud Boys with other fans, and I do recall him sporting Proud Boy gear early on in their formation.
Eventually, he put on a fake beard and guest hosted as "Asian Gavin McInnes" on Gavin's show when Gavin was away on vacation and had a bunch of guest hosts for a week, including the infamous Mike David from Red Bar which started a whole shitshow of drama later on; Ryan actually called into that show pretending to be Bill Burr.
TL;DR Ryan was a Pat Dixon/Compound Media groupie who joined Proud Boys early on and got to know Gavin there. His admittedly impressive impression skills are the only thing that separated him from other weird hanger-ons.
I mean, Ryan got him full force while he was looking away, rocked him decently, but then tried to jump on him and got reversed by a belligerent drunk. Showed a pretty solid chin though, that dude's punches and slaps look like they had weight behind them.
I say Gavin wins 117-111, Ryan gases out early in the fight and gets lost.
