In all seriousness, I wish them luck. They bought it with their own money, they own it. That said, it's going to be interesting when some "undesirables" show up and think everything is owed to them by virtue of their skin color. They'll send those blacks straight back to the cities in a heartbeat.
Frankly, I love this idea. I've been proselytizing the idea of blacks leaving urban centers for more rural areas as a means of breaking the cycle of drug use, crime, fatherlessness, etc.. Farm life is underrated as a tool for solving the deluge of problems of "oversocialization" or hyper-modern lifestyles. The communist aspect is iffy, but if done right, is possible on a very small scale. I was raised Amish, which is relatively communistic, and have a bunch of family members who are Hutterites and live very fulfilled lives outside the gaze of the government and mainstream society.
I hope they have a few leaders who are actually skilled in farming/homesteading; otherwise, it's just Black Chaz.
