I have an arts degree but don't use it whatsoever. Nowadays I work in a small family owned company that manufactures flight simulators and i've been here for ten years. If you kick ass and show you're a good employee there's room for growth. Sometimes I consider going back to school but i'd rather just take a class for personal fulfillment as I'd like to get better at painting.
