I guess I'm alone in that. Everything he said was too complicated to be true. I know Gavin mentioned he was going on an interview tour, I hope he does. This would be the only way I think Gav could ever trust him again.

I really hope you are right. I agree in terms of his situation because of who he is, but even though I’m in a red state I’m in a blue city that is just how you described. But even so red places are like this with masks as well, that is why I’m worried. Like I said, I hope you are right but the government doesn’t give up power and my “spidey senses” have unfortunately been right before in the past.

Thanks so much for sharing this, I really appreciate it. Like you, when covid started I took it very seriously, I have asthma and have regular contact with my parents who are senior citizens. I have gone from crying in my sons pediatrician’s office after learning the visit wasn’t necessary and we had put ourselves in such danger, risking covid to get there, to planning on talking with the pediatrician about how I can get out of my son wearing a mask. :/
Since you had such an impactful experience with covi, I’m interested in what your perspective on masks and lockdowns.
